A recurring request, now live: enter edit mode on the medical summary to update what is no longer current and remove sections that do not fit your clinic. Patient information, vitals, medications, supplements, history, and lifestyle are all editable, while labs and genetics stay protected. The record reflects your judgment, not just the ingested data.

Clinical Co-pilot

Turn Co-pilot insights into a PDF you can share with your team

Any answer the Co-pilot generates can now be exported as a clean, formatted PDF, tables and all, ready to hand to your care team, and it lands in the Documents tab marked as a Co-pilot export. Ask it to prepare a pre-visit summary, for instance, and walk into every consult already prepared.

Wearables

Garmin, Oura, and Fitbit are here!

Patients can now connect Garmin, Oura, and Fitbit from the mobile app or the patient portal, joining Apple Health and Whoop, already supported. Their data flows straight into Patient Monitoring, so you review it alongside everything else in the chart.

Assessments

Wearable data now shapes every patient assessment

Resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep are now mapped directly into the body-systems analysis as objective biomarkers, tracked alongside traditional lab work rather than treated as subjective lifestyle context. The assessment also contrasts these objective signals against the patient's own intake, so a report of poor sleep and high stress is checked against what the wearable actually recorded.

Add any intervention or order straight from the Plan Builder. The co-pilot automatically connects what you add to the assessment, the patient's goals, and the relevant biomarkers, then hands it back for you to review, edit, or recategorize before it lands in the plan.
